- Negotiate purchase and sale agreement
- Review and clear title of potential liens
- Order mortgage plot plan
- Issue owner and lender title insurance policy
- Prepare closing documents (settlement and bank documents, homestead etc.)
- Act as escrow agent and conduct the closing
With cash purchases, East Bay Title & Escrow requires the purchase of an Owner Policy at closing. Read more about Title Insurance
When additional documents such as lease agreement, trust documents, holdback agreements, repair agreements, or furniture agreements e.g. are requested from East Bay Title & Escrow additional costs may apply from quoted fee.
