- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreement
- Obtain mortgage payoffs
- Prepare closing documents (deed, trustee certificates, and power of attorney)
- Prepare and act as limited power of attorney at closing
- Review all closing documentation and coordinate delivery of deed and seller proceeds.
When title curative action or additional documents such as lease agreement, trust documents, holdback agreements, repair agreements, or furniture agreements e.g. are requested from East Bay Title & Escrow additional costs may apply from quoted fee.
